RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We want you to love your En Route purchase! If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned for store credit according to the guidelines below.

NOT AS EXPECTED, CHANGE OF MIND, SIZING, OR OTHER REASONS

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply when applicable.

  • Items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

For health, hygiene, seasonal, or final-sale reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Jewelry

  • Bodysuits

  • Intimates and undergarments

  • Swimwear

  • Clearance items

  • Final Sale merchandise

  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or have odors

  • Items returned without original tags attached

These items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

WRONG, MISSING, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Another appropriate resolution

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, En Route will cover applicable return shipping costs.

Please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped.

  • Newly placed orders may be canceled before they are processed or confirmed.

  • Once an order has entered processing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our regular Return Policy.

  • En Route reserves the right to cancel an item or order due to inventory discrepancies, product availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked Final Sale, along with the non-returnable items listed above, are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
